Day 10

So, I almost contimplated quiting the blog, until I got an email from Candice asking where it was.  I guess people are reading it afterall.  So, here it goes:

Day 8

I overcompinsated yesterday for the high calories on Monday.  I wasn't hungry but I want to make sure I'm getting enough calories to loose weight.

Day 7

Dang . . . .that's all I have to say.  I weighed myself this morning and its up 3 pounds from Sunday.  I hate dieting.  Then I calculate my calories for yesterday and its way high.  I think it might have been the chinese from Sunday that's adding to my weight.  Although it was low in calories and fat it probably had a ton of sodium and I didn't drink hardly any water over the weekend.

Don't have much to report.  Did my weigh in and I'm in at 280.8.  Not bad for my first week.

Day 5

So, I think I did pretty good for the first Saturday since being on the diet.  Just used common sense and kept away from the crappy food, although I did have 2 skinny cow ice cream sandwiches.  Yumm.
